World Theatre Day

Theatre is a space for bold ideas—a shared experience that opens hearts, sparks thought, and pushes us to imagine a better world.

I played Cordelia opposite Christopher Plummer during the Stratford Festival’s 50th anniversary. That image became a poster sold in the giftshop—I still have one framed on my wall. Cordelia embodies fearless truth, speaking up no matter the cost.

That production nearly broke me. But the late Peter Donaldson reminded me: you’re doing your job—making people feel, think, and wake up. That’s what matters.

It’s taken years to understand: as actors, we’re meant to provoke, not please—and that has nothing to do with our worth.

Cordelia’s honesty drew me in from the start. It still feels like home.

I’ll be stepping into an expanded role beyond the stage soon—one rooted in making a difference. Theatre has shaped everything that’s led me here—STAY TUNED.
